At BAD&G Customs, I stand behind every piece I make. When you buy from me, you’re not just getting a saddlebag or seat — you’re getting my promise of quality.
✅ What’s Covered
- Craftsmanship → If stitching comes apart, leather separates, or hardware fails due to how it was made, I’ll repair or replace it.
- Materials → All leather, stitching, and hardware are covered against defects in normal use.
- Lifetime Guarantee → This warranty lasts for as long as you own the product.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, scratches, or patina).
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
- Exposure to extreme conditions (fire, chemicals, long-term soaking, etc.).
- Third-party repairs or alterations.
- Natural Leather Marks → Every hide is unique and may show brandings, scars, wrinkles, bug bites, or other natural characteristics. These marks are part of the hide’s story. I usually place them on back panels or less visible areas of the bag. They are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

- Contact me at info@badgcustoms.com with your order info and photos of the issue.
- I’ll inspect the claim and let you know if it’s covered.
- If approved, I’ll repair or replace the item at no charge (you just cover shipping cost).
